We are pleased to announce that the HP NonStop Shadowbase product suite now supports the new HP Integrity NonStop X family of systems. The NonStop X systems are supported by the following releases:

Note that Shadowbase Version 6.200 has been released for the NonStop X systems only. The latest version for the S-Series, H-Series, and J-Series remains Version 6.101 for all of the above products.  We anticipate that the next release, version 6.210, will be released across all supported NonStop platforms (see below).

With the pending termination of support for the S-Series by HP in 2015, we are announcing that Shadowbase Version 6.101 is the last release that will support S-Series systems. We will continue to make critical fixes to Version 6.101 for the S-Series on an as needed case-by-case basis for our customers, but we will not be enhancing the S-Series Shadowbase software beyond Version 6.101.

For HP Shadowbase Other Servers, Version 6.100 remains our shipping release. Version 6.101 is scheduled for release in April. In addition to several critical bug fixes, Version 6.101 includes:

For HP NonStop Shadowbase products, the next release will be Version 6.210. This release will include:

Beta testing of our first synchronous replication product, Shadowbase ZDL, for HP NonStop environments continued through the fall and winter, primarily focused on performance. This beta release is a major milestone towards avoiding any data loss even in the event of catastrophic data center failure, and is a stepping stone to subsequently providing collision avoidance in active/active architectures via the follow-on Shadowbase ZDL Plus SR product. Please note that Shadowbase synchronous transaction support is currently in beta and not an available FCS at this time. We are actively seeking additional beta sites, and would like to speak with those customers willing to beta test Shadowbase ZDL. Contact Shadowbase Product Management for more information.

As always, please keep us abreast of your future technology direction, needs, and wants in the data replication, data integration, and data synchronization space so we can plan to meet them accordingly.
